Driver’s License Scan
At delivery of your order, our driver will scan the barcode on your state issued ID and we will collect the information contained therein, including your name, address and date of birth, to confirm that your ID is valid, and to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement to purchase alcohol and to use Drinkos’ Service. Once the above information has been confirmed, we immediately delete all information collected from this scan and we do not store this information.

In addition, tracking information is collected and stored in log files as you navigate through the Website or use the Service, including, but not limited to purchase history, delivery location history, and click tracking.
