Delivery
To receive the Drinkos delivery you must be over 21, a government issued photo ID is required to verify age. If no one is home or no one over 21 is present you may be charged a $20 restocking fee. Delivery minimums and fees are specific to your local supplier.
Scheduling Orders
Our deliveries are usually dispatched immediately, but if you want to schedule an order for a future date, no problem — just enter the details in the delivery notes section of the checkout and we'll coordinate with our supplier to deliver. We also have a handy party planner on site to help you estimate quantities.
Order Issues
Let us know as soon as possible with any problems with your order so we fix it and ensure that it doesn't happen again. We're constantly making improvements to the experience. We hope to have real-time tracking soon so we can get your orders even faster and share with you where they are enroute.
Canceling An Order
Orders are processed for delivery as soon as they are received. Due to these circumstances, we cannot guarantee the availability of changes or cancellation to any order once it has been placed. Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee.
Tip
Ultimately, tip is in your hands. We recommend 10-20%.
Returns
Drinkos and our partners do not accept returns on unused products, but if something is wrong with anything you received please call us immediately at 1-844-DRINKOS
Our Selection
Drinkos partners with great stores in your local area to bring you the best selection. If the partner in your area does not carry a specific brand of alcohol please contact us and we will try do our best to accommodate your request.
